Dr. Peng was born and raised in Taiwan. She received her D.D.S. in 2002 from Taipei Medical University. She continued to pursue her D.M.D. degree in the US from the Advanced Standing program at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Following a 2-years hospital residency program in New York, she returned to Boston and completed a post-doctoral training program in Pediatric Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation in 2009, Dr. Peng joined a private practice in Los Angeles, CA, and further fulfill her academic passion at the Western University of Health Sciences.
Dr. Peng is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist since 2010 from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also a recipient of the Richard C. Puge Achievement Award presented by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry for her outstanding performance in the Board certification in 2010. Her recent research was published in the Journal of Pediatric Dentistry in June, 2011. Her passion is to promote prevention in dental education and to provide oral health to the underserved communities in Pomona and San Bernadino areas.
