“Behavior Guidance for All Ages” and “Guiding Parental Behavior in the Pediatric Dental Office” Presentation is both lecture and workshop to help participants learn techniques used to guide interactions with both patients and parents in the pediatric dental office during office visits. Presentation includes examples that are age-related, experience related and ways to engage the parent so that all are on the same team with same goals and expectations. Real world examples are discussed and evaluated.
