I have a trauma course that is extremely flexible in time. It can be condensed and given as a general overview in about 1 hour, or given as an extensive review along with follow-up recommendations and in-course group exercises that would last about 3 hours.
Learning Objectives:
classify and categorize the various kinds of dental trauma.
understand what needs to be done when managing the various presentations of dental trauma.
educate the parents on what to watch for and provide appropriate follow-up care.
